Established in 2022, Crowfest has become a beloved tradition for families seeking a day of joy and musical magic! This year, mark your calendars for June 15th, as we invite you to the Wallingford Sports Park.
Unforgettable Music & performances: Immerse yourself in a day filled with live performances from the very best local artists and performers. From upbeat tunes that make you want to dance to soothing melodies that create a perfect backdrop for family bonding, our diverse lineup ensures there's something for everyone.

Family-Focused Fun: Bring the whole gang! Crowfest is designed with families in mind. We have engaging activities for kids of all ages, ensuring that parents can relax and enjoy the music while the little ones have a blast in the dedicated entertainment areas. There is lots to enjoy, from children’s entertainers to bouncy castles & there will even be Zorb football!
Delicious food & drink: This year the festival will have a dedicated food & drinks village. There you can Satisfy your taste buds with a variety of treats from our food vendors. From mouthwatering snacks to hearty meals, there's something to please every palate. You can also indulge in the finest local beverages. From refreshing drinks to local craft brews, there's a drink for everyone. It's a celebration of the local flavours that helps make Crowfest unique.

Crowfest Essential Information What you can’t bring: Any confiscated items will be discarded & will not be available to collect at the end of the festival. You may be subject to searches of bags & personal belongings. We request that you cooperate with any security requests & searches. Items that are prohibited: Animals (other than registered guide dogs) Food Drink/alcohol Glassware Anything that could be reasonably considered as a weapon/dangerous object Illegal substances, including Nitrous Oxide (Drugs) Professional filming or sound equipment Drones Fireworks/pyrotechnics/flares Air horns/ megaphones BBQ’s/cooking stoves Gazebos Laser pens Skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles Sound systems Spray cans Aerosols Footballs or any other sports equipment Opening & closing times: Festival arena- Saturday 15th of June, 12:00pm-12:00am Location: Wallingford Sports Park, Hithercroft Road, OX10 9RB Age restrictions: Crowfest welcomes people of all ages to the festival. However, there are entry restrictions to under 16’s. Anyone 16 years old or younger must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old at all times. Please note that we will be implementing a challenge 21 policy. Please bring ID if you look under the age of 21 years old. Please remember that there is no automatic right to be served alcohol. Service is always at the discretion of the festival staff. The following forms of identification are acceptable: Please bring the original document as you won’t be able to use a photocopied version. Lost property: If you have a lost property enquiry after the event, please contact the Crowfest team on info@wandcfc.co.uk Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority & we have put in place all necessary measures to maximise public safety. We also ask that you play a part in keeping Crowfest safe & secure, so please take note of the below message. All festival attendees will be subject to searches of their bags & their person. Please be patient if there are longer ques than expected. Crowfest requests that you cooperate with any security requests. CCTV recording (including bodycam recording) is in operation throughout the festival site for public safety & crime prevention. Cash/card: Cash & card payments will be accepted within the festival site. Valuables: Although these are not prohibited, don’t bring anything that you can’t afford to lose. Crowfest will not take responsibility for any personal possessions. Drugs/illegal substances: Crowfest operates a strict zero tolerance policy on drugs & illegal substances. Any illegal drugs will be confiscated & police may decide to prosecute. Anyone found with any illegal substances will be prevented from entering the festival or ejected from the festival, if they are found with illegal substances once already inside the festival. Food & drink: Ticket holders are prohibited to bring their own food & drink into the festival. If food or drink is found during entry to the festival, this will be confiscated & disposed of. There are plenty of food & drinks vendors at the festival. Prices of food & drink at Crowfest are reasonable & cheaper than most festivals/events.
